Write for us
We welcome clear, original pitches about the places and rhythms of city life, especially ideas that help readers notice a detail, compare choices or understand an everyday experience.
What makes a good pitch
Send a concise proposal describing the subject, the reader it serves and the central idea the piece will develop. Strong pitches have a distinct angle, a useful scope and a careful basis for factual claims. Evergreen explanations, comparisons, thoughtful observation and adaptable planning ideas are a good fit.
What to leave out
We do not seek promotional copy, unsupported health claims, disguised advertising or material that presents professional advice as general guidance. Please do not send confidential information or claim access to research or experience you do not have.
How to send it
Use the Contact page and choose the editorial option. Include a short outline and any relevant background about the proposed work. A proposal is not a promise of publication; please wait for a response before sending a complete manuscript.
Wellbeing has a sense of place
Feeling well in a city is not a matter of perfect routines. It begins with noticing what a place asks of us, and what small choices make a day feel more our own.
